Roy David Studio has transformed an old fashioned style apartment in Tel Aviv, Israel, into a modern minimalist home. Situated in the King David luxury tower, on top of the Dan Hotel, the home with timeless design is currently owned by a well-known Sumi-e Painting artist. Measuring 110m² (1,184ft²) and 2.8 metres (9.2 feet) high, the King David Luxury Apartment was completed in 2015.
While approaching this project, I wanted to emphasize the sea relaxing color plate, so it would accompany its future residents, and become part of their daily routine.
