Villa Carpet is a 16th-century Istrian nobility villa converted into a modern holiday villa in 2017. Located near Novigrad, Croatia the villa has been restored by Boris Ruzic who successfully combined traditional Istrian with modern industrial style. The area of the dwelling is 300m² (3,230ft²), and total plot area is 1,800m² (19,375ft²).
