Venice House is a modern bungalow designed by Sebastian Mariscal in 2013. Located in Venice, California, USA the bungalow is set on a 5,600-square-foot (520-square-metre) piece of land, where before was a tiny 1920s bungalow, a stucco box with structural problems.
This design combines the concepts of “Interior/Exterior Living” that take into account human interaction and space & energy reduction. This is achieved through the integration of strategically placed outdoor rooms that create harmonious transitions from inside to out.
