Located on Wellington’s Kapiti Coast, New Zealand, Peka Peka House I is a compact, eco-friendly home designed by Herriot Melhuish O’Neill Architects. The house consists of three simple boxes. The first volume is dedicated to living and dining, the second to sleeping, their total area is 176m² (1,894ft²). The third box is the 54-sqm (581-sqft) garage and workshop.
