UK-based firm Koto Design has designed modular prefab tiny homes that one can use in a backyard as an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). Teamed up with American homebuilder Abodu, Koto deliveries the cabins, called Koto x Abodu, to local sites in two weeks or other areas in the US within 4 to 12 weeks of purchase.
