Cornerstone House is the renovation and extension of an Edwardian townhouse in Crouch End, north London. Gross internal floor area of the townhouse is 262m² (2,820ft²), while internal + external is 287m² (3,089ft²). Designed by Merrett Houmøller Architects Cornerstone House was completed in December 2017.
Extensive refurbishment, rear extension and landscaping works to a large terraced house in North London. The project aims to mediate between the distinctive character of the existing house, and the new extension. Opening up the rear of the property creates a dramatic kitchen / living area, with the dining room housed in the new extension.
