Waterfall Bay House by Bossley Architects

Waterfall Bay House is a house designed by Bossley Architects in 2003 for a London-based client who is involved in both the wine industry (Seresin Wines) and the movie industry. Located in a remote bay in the Marlborough Sounds, New Zealand, the project comprises the main house, shed, and boatshed. The main house is of two elements: the two-story main wing with guest bedrooms below and living rooms above, and an upper-level main bedroom which is linked by a glazed bridge.
