KODA is a prefabricated tiny house designed by Estonian studio Kodasema in 2015. KODA needs only a mere 30 m² (323 ft²) per unit. The prefab houses are perfect for hotels and homes, cafes and studios, a community space and business hubs.
Its clever design provides the inspiration to make best use of every square inch of space and envisage how the built-in components, even the walls, can be adjusted to meet their purpose most effectively.
