Hilltop House

This 2,375 square-foot house with convenient home office, loft, entertainment space, and attached garage was designed by Jordan Iverson Signature Homes in 2012.

This house represents a modern industrial retreat placed amongst the trees on a hilltop overlooking the city below and coastal mountain ranges in the distance. The sloping site and extensive conservation zones were quite challenging to design around, but through implementing a multiplicity of distinctive materials, the resulting house pleased both the city and client.
