JIKKA is a complex of five huts serves as live/work space for two women in their 60’s. One, a social worker and the other, a pastry chef. Their large kitchen is used for a food delivery program and serves as a restaurant using local ingredients. The restaurant is open daily to pick up meals or eat.
Situated on top of the ridge flattened by the previous owner, in Ito, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, JIKKA was designed by Issei Suma in 2015.
