The residential complex La Pineda, comprising a series of villas located in the municipality of Caldas de Malavella, Spain, is designed by Jaime Prous Architects.
Standing away from the city bustle among the blessed nature of Girona, the residences combine the atmosphere of peace of the Mediterranean lifestyle with maximum comfort.
Each house, an area of 320 square meters, is formed by two volumes connected by a glass vestibule. L-shaped building plans form the central patio; thanks to the panoramic windows the landscape penetrates into the interior of the villas.
