The BL II House, also called by the owners Hammer Cabin, is a tiny guest cabin standing near the main house called the BL I House. Measuring 32m² (344ft²), the cabin is composed of open space with a mezzanine room and a bathroom with exterior access. Located in Cáhuil, Chile, the guest cabin was designed by UMWELT and completed in 2017.
