Rottet Studio in collaboration with ARCHITECTUREFIRM has converted a 1930s apartment overlooking New York City. The apartment conversion with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was completed in 2016. Totalling 1,400ft² (130m²), the Park Avenue Apartment is owned by architect David Davis, managing principal of New York’s Rottet Studio.
