Lego Table by Yusong Zhang

Created by Yusong Zhang, an art director based in Los Angeles, the Lego Table consist of 10 480 standard 2×4 Lego bricks arranged in four coloured layers without glue or screws. The coffee table measures approximately 15″ (0.61 m) tall and 31.5″ (1.22 m) long. Yusong spent three weeks building the table – mostly in the evenings after work.

I always had love for lego as a toy, but wanted to challenge myself to build something truly functional without sacrificing the esthetic and creativity that’s rooted in lego designs. That’s how the coffee table idea was born.
