Designed by 85 Design in 2019, Two Hói’s House is a duplex for two middle-aged couples, friends who are so close that they want to spend the rest of their life together. Located on the Sơn Trà peninsula, Vietnam, the house is built on a 380-sqm (4,090-sqft) plot with 40% of permitted construction density.
